I have received excellent service from Izycare Co Ltd. I believe they are named appropriately because they really care about their customers. I was very impressed with their fast and efficient service and their communication. I purchased a Deluxe Shower Head replacement less than a year ago. Unfortunately, it developed a small crack. I approached the company for replacement with trepidation, expecting having to return the old one and possible questioning of how the crack occurred. To my delight none of this happened; I received an instant positive response that the Shower Head would be replaced and a new Shower Head arrived a few days later. In addition, I was allowed to keep the old showerhead (for the parts) and received an extra filter. I must add that I think the showerhead is fantastic and I really enjoy it. It is great to have a soft water shower in an area of hard water. The water pressure generated by the shower is excellent too. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and this company.
