Our Return of Goods policy is part of our full terms & conditions.
1 Return of damaged or faulty Goods
1.1 If the goods have been damaged during delivery, or appear to be faulty in any way upon delivery, please send us an email or call us within 48 hours.
1.2 We will arrange for the item(s) to be collected (in the case of bidets) or returned (in the case of shower heads/filters) and replace it with a new one at a time convenient to you.
1.3 Please ensure the products are packed in the same condition as you originally received them in, together with their original packaging.
1.4 Upon receipt of the item(s) we will immediately arrange for the delivery of a replacement, as long as it reasonably complies with 1.3. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
1.5 Please contact us if there are any problems with goods within warranty at purchase. We will typically aim to replace parts or full products dependent on the issue. If the fault is due to user misuse or abuse this will invalidate your warranty as per terms of Warranty.
2 Cancellation of your order (applies ONLY for products purchased online):
You may cancel your order under the following terms & conditions.
2.1 If you should wish to do cancel your order (due to a change of heart), please send us an email or call us and return the goods to us either by courier or secured post within the stipulated time hereunder in section 3.
2.2 All goods to be returned should be packed in the same condition you originally received them in, together with their original packaging.
2.3 Upon receipt of the item(s) in original condition, we will aim to make a refund as soon as possible (usually 7 working days) within the official 14 day window from the date of our receipt. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
3 Refund amounts based on unused returned goods
3.1 Returns within 14 days from delivery: Full invoice value & delivery charge (as per Consumer Contracts Regulations)
3.2 Returns after 14 days from delivery: Less 30% of Invoice value & delivery charge
3.3 We do not accept any return after 30 days for any reason, unless agreed separately.
3.4 Returned goods with damaged packaging or missing parts will lose the right to a claim for a full refund at the discretion of izycare.
* If a customer has paid for the goods with a credit card any credit card transaction fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
4 Home Trial of Shower heads
4.1 As a service to our customers we provide a 14-day free home trial of our Shower heads (Cascade & Softrong)
4.2 For any returns or refunds for the shower heads bought please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page or send us an e-mail prior to sending the shower head back.
4.3 The 14-day home trial is valid from receipt of the shower head for online orders, or from date of purchase if purchased at exhibitions/road shows.
4.4 izycare will refund in full, goods returned in its original condition and packaging. We have the right to make a partial refund dependent on the condition of the returned goods
4.5 Refunds will aim to be made within 7 day of receipt of the goods
4.6 If there is no manufacturing fault with the shower head then as per section 3 above we will refund the invoice value less delivery charge.
4.7 When returning the products please provide us with a copy of the receipt (typically an e-mail receipt) and bank details (Name, Sort Code, A/C number) as currently we are only available to make refunds online.
