1 Delivery of products
1.1 For orders to all UK mainland addresses placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri), we aim to dispatch the item within 2 working days from the date of the payment being cleared.
1.2 Once payment has been cleared you will receive confirmation of the order and an e-mail receipt. Please check your junk mail if you do not see the e-mail receipt.
1.3 Once your product(s) is(are) out for delivery we will e-mail you a confirmation of dispatch. For orders over £30 there will be a tracking number so please retain this for your records.
1.4 If there are any issues (e.g. product unavailable or not in stock) izycare will e-mail or telephone the buyer so please ensure these details are correct at checkout.
1.5 Our deliveries will require a signature (unless under £30) but if you are not in when the courier calls s/he will leave a card with a telephone number/website for you to contact to arrange re-delivery at a time convenient for you. izycare claims no libaility for delay in deliveries in such instances.
1.6 For larger orders izycare will advise you on the expected delivery date beforehand by e-mail or telephone as a person may be required to be on the premises to receive the order.
1.7 Please note during holiday periods (bank holidays, Easter and Christmas week) there may be delays to delivery of products
2 Special Delivery
2.1 If you wish to get delivery on a specific time (e.g. AM, PM) and day (e.g. Saturday), you may be charged up to £40.00 per delivery depending on the item.
2.2 If you require special delivery, please include this in the 'Notes' at checkout and we will contact you to arrange suitable delivery. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays are not classified as working days.
3 Pricing and Billing
3.1 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include VAT (unless specified)
3.2 Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the card information you provided does not match that held by your bank. izycare has a company policy that it deliver the goods ONLY to the billing address of the customer.
3.3 izycare can arrange the delivery to a different address if the customer provides supportive documents and relevant proof of address.
4 Operation Manuals for products
4.1 Operation Manuals for each product ordered will be enclosed with your goods and if you still have any questions once you have looked at them, please send us an email or contact Customer Services.
4.2 It is in your interest to retain the operation manuals and packaging in case you have to return the goods or wish to cancel the order (cancellation terms apply).
