We at izycare Co Ltd ("Izycare", "we," or "us") and our website provider ("Wix") are ensuring that we are clear on how we use any personal data, cookies and related information. 

This Privacy Policy applies to the iZycare owned and operated websites and its subdomains (“Sites”). iZycare knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. 1.1 izycare Website Privacy and Security Policy has been developed because we want you to feel confident about the privacy and security of your personal information. Under EU's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for the purposes listed below and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy. We are also committed to applying rigorous security measures when managing your data to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.

1.2 izycare complies with the data protection laws in the United Kingdom and takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data. izycare have a responsibility to keep your information confidential and will only use it to offer products and services on behalf of izycare. The personal details that we use to provide or promote our products will NOT be passed to ANY organisation beyond izycare to be used for marketing purposes.

2.1 We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way (e.g. when you place an order or contact us through the 'Contact Form'). In addition, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. 

2.2 The principal purpose of collecting your personal data is to provide you with the initial and follow-up services regarding any queries or orders you may have with us. To this end, you agree and accept that we may use your personal data to:

2.5 Our Services include certain Social Media features and widgets, such as the “Facebook Connect”, "Twitter" or “Google Sign-in” features, “Facebook Like” button, the “Share this” button or other interactive mini-programs (“Social Media Features”). These Social Media Features may collect information such as your IP address or which page you are visiting on our Website, and may set a cookie to enable them to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their policies and not ours.

In addition, our Services may enable you to share your Personal Information with third parties directly, such as via page framing techniques to serve content to or from Third Party Services or other parties, while preserving the look and feel of our Website and Services (“Frames”). 2.6 We may share Personal Information with Wix, who in turn may share Personal information with their subsidiaries. For example, Wix may share your Personal Information with Inc., their US-based subsidiary, in the course of facilitating and providing us (and you as the end user/customer) with our Services. Sharing of Personal Information from Wix subsidiaries and affiliated companies in the European Union and Switzerland to Wix’ United States subsidiary, adheres to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield frameworks.

Moreover, we may transfer, share, disclose or otherwise use Non-personal Information in its sole discretion and without the need for further approval.

However – regardless of the measures and efforts taken by Wix, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information, your Users-of-Users’ Information or any other User Content you upload, publish or otherwise share with Wix or anyone else.

We therefore encourage you to set strong passwords for any User Accounts you may set up and avoid providing us with any sensitive information which you believe its disclosure could cause you substantial or irreparable harm.
